We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — this applies to new subscription purchases and to one-time full report purchases.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact our support team at support@review360.io and we'll help.
Subscription renewals
You can cancel a subscription any time from your billing page — you'll keep access until the end of the current paid period and won't be charged again. Renewal charges are refundable within 30 days of the renewal date if you contact us.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
